I’m always happy with your brand, and products, i can’t fault you on that. However i was very upset with how long it took to get it, and all i got was there’s a delay and no explanation was given. I ordered my handbag on the 27 of November and received it a week ago. My friend ordered the same bag on the 10th of December and she received it in a weeks time. I would have appreciated honesty and someone saying we forgot your order.
