It took a while to receive my order, but so worth the wait. Absolutely love them - best gift ever!
It took very long for my boots to arrive; I did send e-mail enquiries but never received any feedback.
Only after I requested my order to be cancelled did I receive a notification that my boots were on the way.
I do understand the boots are handmade and were patient until it got to over a month with NO reply on my mails.
Service is really very bad in my experience.
Then after receiving the boots, I had to send them back as the fit is horrible around the leg (it makes bubbles in the front).
They are so pretty and my heart was very sore that I could not keep them, but I cannot pay that kind of money for something that does not look nice.
I have never had any questions on why I did not like them or how this can be fixed and are still waiting for my refund.
The waiting was worth it. Best things come to those who wait. you take your time to pay attention to every detail of the product. That justified the waiting, The shoes are of quality and comfortable. Thank
