I ordered the Shakyra sandals - over the moon with the fact that it has suede inners - this is according to the description and the photo of the product. I was so excited that the 15 days wait - as the sandals are made per order - was almost too much. Sunday morning the parcel arrives by courier 🤦🏼♀️ with smooth leather inners.
I immediately sent an email. Heard back from Patricia on Monday and she arranged to have the “faulty” product collected - no one had updated tue product online, as people complained about the suede inners because they got dirty too quickly so it was replaced with smooth leather inners. She had a chat with the owners and they said not a problem - they will make another pair especially with the suede inners.
So if I could giave a 5/5 for customer service up here I would. Thank you Patricia. I will submit a product review of my particular sandal when I receive it.
In the meantime - pls consider addding an option on your website so a customer has the option of a smooth or a suede inner. Then there is no need to update the product photo and it gives the customer a choice so they cannot complain about suede becoming dirty (it is a given even Birkenstocks get dirty with the cork inners). Thank you
