You can use beeswax to treat the stitchdown edge if conditions are very wet. It will also act as a barrier just in case you spill red wine or splatter oil on your vellies while you're kuiering with friends or whipping something up in the kitchen. Wipe off immediately with a damp cloth.

From the moment I put them on they fit like a glove and are extremely comfortable with fantastic inner support. The workmanship of the boot, and the quality of the material is exceptional, and the price of them is so reasonable for what you get.
In the past I’ve bought brands from overseas. These boots are on a par, and actually more comfortable, and a 1/3 of the cost.
This is my second pair of Freestyle shoes in just two months, and once again, I'm very impressed! I was prepared for a 15-day wait, but surprisingly, my order arrived in just two days.
