I am a big fan of the Freestyle range of bags and am fortunate to own a few. I enjoy the size and length of the strap, which is relatively comfortable. I am however disappointed in the zip closure, it may just be the one I currently own. The zip does not open to the end of the opening which makes quick packing in challenging. The zip end is also not neatly tucked away, giving an unfinished look. I will be purchasing a pink bag for my birthday and just check if it was a once-off or if all the zips have this appearance. Otherwise, I am a happy customer.

Wife loves it!

My wife can't put the bag down. Her favourite at the moment. I receveived mine just in time for the birthday. One star removed for poor communication from production team. They do not updateon progress, shipping etc.
