Very poor customer service, delivery was so late. The shoe sizes are way larger than standard UK sizes. Order a size smaller when you order

I ordered the Yardmaster Premium Water Resistant leather Equestrian Riding Boot and am blown away! From the excellent customer service and responsiveness through to delivery of the boots and then the actual boots themselves!
From the moment I put them on they fit like a glove and are extremely comfortable with fantastic inner support. The workmanship of the boot, and the quality of the material is exceptional, and the price of them is so reasonable for what you get.
In the past I’ve bought brands from overseas. These boots are on a par, and actually more comfortable, and a 1/3 of the cost.
This is my second pair of Freestyle shoes in just two months, and once again, I'm very impressed! I was prepared for a 15-day wait, but surprisingly, my order arrived in just two days. The online store also offers a much wider range of styles compared to what I found in physical stores, which was a fantastic bonus.
