Overall I love the quality and design of this bag, and find it to be a great size. However, I have issues with the strap. Even at the shortest setting it’s way to long for me and the bag annoyingly hits against my back leg. Also, the strap is way to thin for the weight and size of the bag, so when you put a few things in it for the day it grates into your shoulder and is somewhat painful by the end of the day. This would be a 5 star bag with a thicker strap and more holes to make it shorter
